Like many people, one of my dreams is to own a loft (or an apartment) in New York City. For Erin Fetherston that dream came true however, it took the fashion designer longer than expected to find the perfect place (her patience paid off). Read more here. x.

It was all about Cubism at Oscar de la Renta's Resort 2012 collection. x.

I am exhausted (most of it is self-inflicted so I'm moody too) but I want to blog as I haven't done so in a while. My brain isn't working at the moment (all it wants to do is watch episodes of Downton Abbey and Gossip Girl) so I'm going to share with you one of my favourite images from one of my favourite bloggers/photographers, Brian Ferry of The Blue Hour. He captures everyday life superbly. I could ramble on and on about Mr. Ferry's work but won't as I'll just end up embarrassing myself. Hope you had a lovely start to the week. x.

This morning I had breakfast at FourAteFive with three of my rather toasty uncles (check-out their scarves). Each of us were tempted to order warm eggs on toast but instead chose muesli ("the healthier option") as we have to watch our waistlines during the cooler months. I debuted the H&M speckle coat I bought on my most recent visit to NY... bring on winter baby! x.

A few days ago I saw Sarah Jessica Parker in the most gorgeous pair of white heels and decided to do some research (find out the designer, style and where I can purchase them). I tried searching 'Manolo Blahnik' and 'Christian Louboutin' but had no luck. So I jumped onto Zappos Couture and look what I found instead... shoe heaven! x.

Karl Lagerfeld delivered a staggering seventy-three piece collection for Chanel Resort 2012. Here are eight of my favourite. x.

I can't wait to watch Bill Cunningham New York! I'm a big fan of fashion documentaries. The most recent one I saw was Valentino: The Last Emperor. I found it so moving that I found myself wiping away tears by the end of the film. It is the one time I am able to go behind-the-scenes of the fashion world and be inspired by individuals like, Valentino Garavani who is deeply passionate about his craft. x.

On Saturday night several of us attended a pop-up bar/art exhibition on the Northern Beaches. This is what went down... x.
