A few Fridays ago, Nic and I attended the Bicycle Film Festival at the Sydney Opera House. We watched the highly anticipated documentary, Bill Cunningham New York. I absolutely loved it. Prior to the screening, I knew little about Mr. Cunningham - I had only seen his photographs in The New York Times. The man lives and breathes fashion/photography. He's such an inspiration. x.

Yesterday afternoon (after spending the morning in the kitchen), Uncle T and I photographed products for The Little Burrow's website. The photos I took didn't turn out the way we had hoped so Uncle T took over! x.

I am exhausted (most of it is self-inflicted so I'm moody too) but I want to blog as I haven't done so in a while. My brain isn't working at the moment (all it wants to do is watch episodes of Downton Abbey and Gossip Girl) so I'm going to share with you one of my favourite images from one of my favourite bloggers/photographers, Brian Ferry of The Blue Hour. He captures everyday life superbly. I could ramble on and on about Mr. Ferry's work but won't as I'll just end up embarrassing myself. Hope you had a lovely start to the week. x.

'Mary Katrantzou' Janice by Erik Madigan Heck for A Magazine. How cool is this editorial? It looks as if it has been painted. The colours and patterns pop so much that it takes on a surreal quality. I think the third image would look really good on the front of a greeting card. x.

As a tribute to the royal marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton, Mario Testino photographed Arizona Muse, Krisi Pyhonen, Madelene de la Motte, Irina Berezina, Fei Fei Sun and Karmen Pedaru in wedding gowns for the May 2011 issue of Vogue UK. I can't wait to see Sarah Burton's design! x.

I couldn't wait to put these photos up of today! Uncle Ervan and Uncle Marcus took me to FourAteFive for breakfast before heading to Dieu Tan's studio in St. Peters to shoot Uncle E's new make-up range. It was a long but fun day - I was inspired by my creative surroundings (Megan Morton was next door styling bridal wear) and learnt just how important lighting is in photography. Happy days! x.

Vogue Italia produce some of the most beautiful magazine editorials. I feel like I've said that before but it's true and I'm almost always amazed but what I see.
In the March 2011 issue, Carmen Kass plays a stoic socialite (styled by Alice Gentilucci) photographed by Miles Aldridge. x.
