I've seen the name, "Natalie Joos" appear on numerous blogs but haven't paid much attention to it. I'm already struggling to keep up with Taylor, Sarah, Anya, Vika, Caroline, Kate and Joanna just to name a few... Shish! Whilst scrolling through Google Reader, a very stylish woman caught my eye on All The Pretty Birds. To my surprise it was Miss Joos of Tales of Endearment!

It's fascinating how influential the internet (in particular, blogs) have become in regards to fashion. I'm so glad people from all over the world are embracing/sharing their love of fashion. Embrace it, don't fear it people!

I have some exciting news to share with all of you. Yesterday I found out my business name, Dear Monday, has been approved for use. Yay! It's a big great relief after a crazy (emotional rather than mental) couple of weeks and now I can't wait to get started! I came up with the name Dear Monday, after reading the below note that Leah Dieterich posted on her super cute blog, thx thx thx: a thank you note a day. Perhaps I should write Leah a thank you note? x.

New York is my favourite city in the world. (My heart just sank that little bit after writing that sentence) There is something magical about the city... the people, the streets, the bright lights are awe-inspiring. I could spend hours and hours wandering the streets of New York City and be perfectly content doing so. It's the kind of place that inspires you, allows you to dream and, most importantly believe that anything is possible.

Since returning from my last trip to New York, I discovered this wonderful blog called, Downtown from Behind -
The concept is an environmental portrait for each street and its subject.  The goal to highlight a unique set of individuals who have had an impact, previously or currently on downtown New York City, making downtown what it is today. Via.
I love how transport (in this case, bicycle) is the constant that offers the viewer a glimpse into the every day life of the rider. It's so... raw. x.
