Wow. What a week it's been! After working tirelessly in the kitchen and at the markets, The Little Burrow is finally up and running. I am exhausted but extremely proud of what we have achieved so far. A big thank you to all our customers/supporters. Can't wait to do it all again/see you next Sunday :) x.

P.S. Here are a few photos from last Saturday. Dan and I caught up for brunch at Le Pain Quotidien in Surry Hills. It was a strange experience... the cafe was in the middle of nowhere, the music was classical and didn't suit the decor (think 'Swan Lake' on a farm), our soy lattes came in bowls (which I didn't mind), our bread basket was nowhere to be seen (we asked the staff several times and nothing was done about it until forty minutes later) that we felt irrelevant.

Okay that sounded more terrible than it actually was! Dan and I had fun (like always) and enjoyed the bread but the Le Pain 'experience' is somewhat better overseas. Before you label us as 'snobs' it's not because they are international, it's simply because they care.
