I knew something was different at Hermes after viewing its Fall 2011 Ready-To-Wear collection. I just didn't know what. I did some research and discovered that Christophe Lemair had replaced Jean Paul Gaultier as fashion director (was I living under a rock during this change?) explaining why there was less accessories and more minimalism on the runway. x.
